What’s New
Plans are in the works to add a new Hyatt Hotel to downtown State College. A mixed use facility, the property will include national and international retailers on the ground floor as well as residential spaces on the top floors, while hotel space will occupy the middle floors. The project is still in development, but it is hoped that the retail portion will open some- time in the summer of 2016.

The Bryce Jordan Center, located on the cam- pus of PSU, is the only entertainment facility of its size in the region. The 15,000-seat center hosts sports exhibitions, commencements, lec- tures, Big Ten Basketball, as well as some of the top-name performers in the music indus- try.
The Ramada Inn and Conference Center in State College is home to versatile meeting spaces comprising over 20,000-square feet for groups as small as 10 up to 350 people. The hotel features 13 total meeting rooms and an atrium area ideal for social gatherings, as well.
Toftrees Golf Resort offers conference facilities with a variety of meeting and breakout rooms that range from 10-person boardrooms to its large meeting room for up to 300 guests.
