Over the past six years, there have been approximately eight new contract applications in the vicinity of the pharmacy, making the team realise how essential it is to be continually improving and diversifying.
The objective of the team’s business development was four-fold: to become more accessible; to improve the prescription collection and delivery service; to market the services provided by the pharmacy more effectively and lastly to meet all of these objectives within six months.
