Over the last year the team have improved internal and external communication models and are focused on ensuring that this is at the heart of everything they do. As they plan to move to a new hospital, optimising the skills of the team is more important than ever. The team have worked collaboratively on the introduction of an electronic Clinical Pharmacy system which has released time for patient care, electronic prescribing and seven-day working.

We were so honoured to be nominated and to be included in the incredible shortlist of finalists and now to walk away tonight with the accoladeis the pinnacle of our night.
