with Rowland’s Pharmacy in East Kilbride, was awarded the title of Pharmacy Support Staff Member of the Year.


With a passion for providing excellent customer service and pharmaceutical care to every patient, Diane has been motivated to succeed since she entered the pharmacy profession at a young age.


She consistently demonstrates commitment and dedication, and has invested not only in her own training and development to equip her for her roles, but in the support of training additional pharmacy staff. Her ideas for efficiency and motivation led to her nomination and in her role as a


support to every pharmacy staff member and pharmacist the judges deemed her an extraordinary professional and one very worthy of this title.


Commenting after receiving her award, Diane said, “I have been so nervous all night and yet enjoyed it hugely. I am delighted to win this award. The whole team at Rowland’s Pharmacy are as delighted as me so it has been a great night for us all.”


Lewis Campbell, Director, Target Healthcare said, “As a company, supporting pharmacy technicians and branch managers is of vital importance to us as they are the ones we need the backing from to grow and thrive so we are very proud to support tonight’s awards and the Pharmacy Support Staff Member of the Year category.
