Musicas Sin Fronteras 2016 Rojales at the Teatro Capitol de Rojales
Friday 1st April at 9 pm - Ana Alcaide Quartet. Ana Alcaide, Bill Cooley, Reiner Seiferth, Bruno Duque.
Ana Alcaide is a singer, composer and music producer from Toledo who researches old cultures and traditions. One of her records: “La Cantiga del Fuego” received international acknowledgment, remaining for several months in the top 10 of the World Music Chart Europe. In Rojales, she will present the show “Luna Sefardita” (Sephardic Moon)
Friday 8th April at 9 pm - Jim Rotondi and the Fabio Miano Trío This year, Jim Rotondi, one of the best trumpet players of contemporary Jazz, will be a special guest of the Fabio Miano Trio, who will be in Rojales to offer us a repertoire to explore with an exquisite taste, from modern Jazz standards to new harmonies of this unlimited type of music.
Friday 15th April at 9 pm - Speak Jazzy, Jazz & Blues Band. Speak Jazzy hold concerts in Clubs, Cultural Centres and in National and International Festivals all over Europe and Spain. In Rojales,
they are presenting
their ultimate work “A Song for You”, and with their usual elegance and great mastery will play original themes such as “Smile again”, “The Last One Standing” or “We’re Jazz Friends”, together with
classics with original arrangements such as “Summertime”, “I heard it through the Grapevine” or the great song which gives title to the record “A Song for You”. National and universal Jazz blend together in a band with full musical maturity.
