The 3rd May arts weekend in Rojales
If past years are anything to go by, this year’s arts spectacle at the Rojales arts caves - Cuevas del Rodeo - will not disappoint.
The last 2 years have seen arts workshops, demonstrations of craft work, dance shows, live music performances, life drawing, exhibitions, historic re-enactments, open cave houses, bars with tapas etc..
The weekend starts at 7.30pm on Friday April 29th, continuing on Saturday and Sunday, 30th April and 1st May, from 10.30am until late.
Vivaldi´s “Gloria”
Nigel Hopkins presents Vivaldi´s “Gloria” and full supporting programme.
“In Harmony” Chamber Choir and the orchestra Agrupación Musical Montesinos conducted by Nigel Hopkins. Ave Maria – Caccini, Ave Verum – Mozart. Laudate Dominium – Mozart Vespers, Hallelujah Chorus – Handel Messiah. Saturday 7th May at 8 pm, Centro Ecumenico - Cristo Resucitado, Calle Diamante, La Zenia. Tickets 12€ (supporting church building fund) are available from La Ponderosa Gift Shop, La Zenia.
