Quesada Bowls Club report Sponsored by

Our club leagues are in full swing at the moment, with several of our squads riding high in their respective divisions. With only one game to go at the time of writing, our Southern League Swifts are well ahead and look on target to win their Division.

Our Federated Fours squads are equating themselves well, and with only two games to go our Panthers are in first position in Division 1 and the Leopards are holding second place in Division 2.

Currently our Club Championships are at semi-final stage with some new faces challenging for the winning spots.

Our club members got together for an exciting morning of bowls in our Valentines competition, with the winning team being Liz Richardson, Averil Toozer and Derek Sale who were suitably rewarded with strawberries accompanied by a cash prize.

On Wednesday afternoons many of our club members are enjoying the come and go league, which many of them follow with a glass of wine or two following their games!

Our Saturday morning ‘Chicken Drive’ is open to visitors. Players wishing to take part should report at 9.45am for a 10am. start.

For more information about our club please contact our membership secretary Joe Riley on 96 572 5787 or email joediriley@gmail.com.
