More than Yoga
Great things are happening in New City! Bridget Rawls Peterson, the founder of Lucky Elephant Yoga and Wellness took over Sanctuary Yoga Studios in October of 2016 and immediately began to expand the vision for the space. She acquired the front office and has created a beautiful reception area for students to walk into as they enter to take yoga classes. She has also expanded the schedule to include not only Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga classes but Gentle and Restorative Classes, Prenatal Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Classes. Bridget says she hopes to provide “something for everyone” on the schedule of regular classes. And she isn’t stopping at yoga and meditation. Lucky Elephant Yoga and Wellness also
offers services to enhance your well- ness experience. Sessions in Ayurveda, Nutrition, CranioSacral Healing, Reiki, Acupuncture, Essential Oil Therapy and Health Kinesiology are now offered. These sessions can be booked through the studio and are held in the new treatment room attached to the reception space. Bridget is excited about building a sangha (community)
through these yoga and wellness services.
