Usually, people are looking for something novel to do and this is a casual fun day out in the sunshine. In about three hours participants learn San Clemente’s story, stroll the streets, pop into restaurants and specialty shops to sample what they have to offer. The intention is to pique guests’ interest so they will either stay in town and dine and shop at our local venues or to present a new place they can’t wait to come back to visit with friends and family. Aside from entertaining and providing an enjoyable time, her mission is to support

offer to be a tour guide in Laguna Beach where she quickly found that leading groups and shar- ing history was a natural fit and she was hooked after her first experience. She said, “After teaching for 15 years, I was
laid off and had to come up with an alternative. I was incredibly excited about the concept and with the help of Lorraine of Flavors of Laguna; I started in San Juan Capistrano. I had no sales background and was really nervous about cold- calling, but she took me out and showed me how to call on restaurants, then turned me loose.
