Community Pharmacy of the Year

BANNSIDE PHARMACY Portglenone

Bannside Pharmacy business objectives are summed up by their motto/mission statement: Bannside Pharmacy … for a healthier, happier community. They understand that when putting the patient first, the profit takes care of itself. Their unique selling point is their speciality in complementary medicines and supplements, in combination with their passion for public health (nutrition, activity & stress management).

BRADLEYS PHARMACY Londonderry

Bradleys not only provides a wide range of services within the pharmacy, but the team are also taking these services out to their local community. They are working with community groups, local schools, businesses, local charities and GAA club. The pharmacy continues to actively provide a wide range of services and this list of services will continue to grow as the pharmacy services expand. Each of the services are provided to a very high standard by well trained staff.

There is a high demand of people wishing to ask for the pharmacist’s advice in the pharmacy, so the offered overlap of pharmacists ensures that each person can be seen promptly.

WHITEHOUSE PHARMACY Londonderry

The team at Whitehouse Pharmacy like to engage with other healthcare providers and health and social care groups and build relationships. One prime example of this was when they decided to work with ‘Building the Community Partnership’ to target young men’s health issues with a local basketball sports group as this is an area often overlooked. The Pharmacy has grown, developed and achieved so much over the past 5 years and it really is due to the excellent teamwork who are dedicated to educating customers and providing the best service.
