Team Building with your co-workers or sports team as a fun, new way to build relationships and bond with those we work while work- ing both our body and mind. Working together in an An- tiGravity Fitness class helps bring new communication skills and key elements of working together back to the workplace or sports team, all while improving productivity and creating healthier, happier work environment. Owner Kristine McCreary says, “Sometimes coming out of

your comfort zone can be much easier and a lot more fun with your friends or co-workers. Life can be way too serious and what better way to have fun, laugh and find your inner child than with friends while getting a great full-body work out in an AntiGravity hammock!” The hammock is accessible to anyone that can do three consecutive sit-ups. A Teen Pajama Fly is held once a month for ages 11 to 18 as a great way for teens to bond and keep focused and healthy.
