Fallen Angels, by Kent Rep

Robin Hood - Leeds Castle 28 Mid Kent Living

Fallen Angels was an overnight sensation. Described by the press as ‘amoral', ‘obscene', and ‘an insult to British womanhood' the play centres around two respectable married women

who have enjoyed pre-marital affairs with the same Frenchman who is now threatening to visit them in London. Faced with the prospect

of exposure and embarrassment, Jane and Julia reminisce over a champagne-fuelled dinner and discuss their options while awaiting the visit of their former lover. Inevitably their conversation becomes an alcoholic duologue of mutual recrimination and resentment and climaxes with hysterics and a farcical exchange of ineffectual blows and missiles. Hilarious! Festival Theatre, Hever Castle, July 30, 31, August 1, 8pm; July 31, 2.30pm.

Robin Hood Enjoy a joyful, fun-filled family picnic, while you watch this hilarious musical show aimed at children aged three to 12. Boys and girls are invited to dress in their best Sherwood fashion on the day.
