Jim Moore, who founded the Beech Road property business Cathedral City Estates 12 years ago, has decided to move on and devote more time to his family and improving his golfi ng handicap. He has passed on his company to Dunblane couple Gemma and Markus Beher, who are hoping to fi ll his shoes and grow the business into new directions.
