Exciting times are ahead as our Post Offi ce will be getting a full refurbishment and the addition of a new, special ‘conversation room’.
My name is Sabah Bhatti and I am delighted to be the new Customer Relations Manager (CRM) for the Dunblane Branch. This role was introduced last November and is a very exciting and interesting concept which will benefi t our community’s use of its branch.
The role of CRM is dedicated to helping all customers with the services and new products which the Post Offi ce off ers.
After the refurbishment a new, private conversation area will be introduced. This will benefi t those customers who want to talk in more detail about our products. I cannot give advice about whether the products are best for you but can answer your queries and give as much information as possible.
