EDI Enhancements
Users can now easily view and match any unmatched status message with any current movement for the carrier in question to get the appropriate status linked to the right movement. This can update stops with the appointment, arrival, and departure dates and times.
The automatic status shipment auditor can now be set to periodically match inbound LTL order statuses to existing orders and add reference numbers, like the carriers PRO number or BOL number. The EDI administrator can also set up data-based rules, from simple to complex, for shipment status matching.

The LoadMaster™ LTL Cross Dock Manager now has an even more robust trip details display that has added tendered dates, which helps in the audit of age for each shipment during outbound routing. New buttons on this display allow unrouting and unloading to make the trip closeout process easier and help with addressing incorrectly loaded freight. 22 THE ABILITY TO DO MORE
A new Key Performance Indicators Dashboard has been added to LoadMaster LTL that lets you see daily order totals, quotes entered, pickups entered, and bills of lading entered. For pickup and delivery operations, the volume KPI’s for daily average departing weight and returning weight per trip have been added. The historical data can also be viewed and plotted by week or month.
Other New Features
Bill of Lading Processing can now easily display all images with orders processed during the current session to help clerks identify missed charges. Dispatch supports manifest reprint along with all delivery receipts at any point in the trip status. HAZMAT manifests can
be produced for Peddle trips and Linehaul to Agent trips from the Delivery Routing screen.
The Bullpen capacity screen can be filtered to display total weight and help the planner determine the equipment to serve the estimated capacity for a given region. The Terminal Capacity Manager now includes a service level parameter that displays totals for a specific terminal lane separated by service level to help in viewing and planning areas that are served by an interline partner.
PeopleNet automatic arrival and departure functions are now supported for LTL trips for each stop planned.
The LTL Mobile Communications interface can now autoroute pickups based on inbound messages from the driver. When a pickup departure message is received, the system will determine if the PRO number provided is associated with an available pickup, and the pickup will be routed to the originating trip with a status of Picked Up.
