lets planners or dispatchers know if excessive wait time before a scheduled arrival is anticipated. A new metric on the screen shows the planner or dispatcher the revenue/ miles anticipated for a load for those drivers paid on percentages.

The load plan information, with all the details generated by the Driver Feasibility function, can now be sent directly to the driver via mobile communications directly from the Feasibility screen.

New and Expanded Manhattan & Associates Integration

The LoadMaster interface now supports both the new Driver&Load®, and Drop&Swap® 2014 editions from Manhattan & Associates. The Driver&Load Version 2014 allows greater flexibility in assigning the driver based on order characteristics and equipment definitions. A new report in the LoadMaster system tracks the utilization of the Driver&Load integration solution within LoadMaster. This report shows the use of Driver&Load recommendations accepted over time by individual planner or dispatcher to help evaluate the effectiveness of the current optimized recommendations and assist in tuning the Driver&Load application.

Comdata Interactive Fuel Interface

The Comdata Interactive Fuel Interface now supports separate DEF amounts in transactions. Users can record DEF in separate GL accounts.

Mobile Communications Systems

Hours of Service (HOS) integration with the Zonar EOBR product has been added, and it supports both driver feasibility and order planning. The PeopleNet HOS integration has been enhanced so that updates during the driver’s day are reflected, along with any edits to previous days as they become available.

LoadMaster now supports text and forms messaging, HOS for feasibility and planning, plus position retrieval with iGlobal LLC systems.

The carrier driver record can be associated with the order at the time of carrier dispatch, or quickly created at that point for new drivers.

To enable speedy communications with assigned carrier drivers, it is also possible to send order information via SMS text or email to those carrier drivers directly from PowerBroker, and receive information back about movements from the driver via either method. These messages are maintained in PowerBroker and can be viewed at any time by date, carrier, driver or user.

Automated Fuel Surcharge

PowerBroker now allows users to assign automatically calculated carrier fuel surcharges tied to a carrier rate table. For your contracted carriers, this fuel surcharge calculation process automates the fuel surcharges to insure accuracy, save time and reduce the manual tasks associated with fuel surcharge calculations.

the primary reference identifier, PowerBroker 15.1 expands the use of the DOT number to allow adding carriers from the carrier monitoring interface, using just the DOT number or the MC number. And the carrier qualification process will support the DOT number as the qualification value. This is important because in the Fall of 2015, the FMCSA will stop issuing MC, MX, and FF numbers and start relying solely on the USDOT number as the carrier’s unique identifier.
