A new configurable Dray Rate table makes it possible to create automatic dray pay based on lane, distance, customer, container type, order type, round trips, commodity, weight range and driver experience along with fuel surcharges and distance rates.
Logistical Labs Integration
LoadMaster and PowerBroker now have an interface option for the Logistical Labs LoadDex cloud-based pricing platform for rate calculation data. A current valid subscription with the service is required to pass quote data to the system. The Quick Quote screen has a command to open the LoadDex website for rate calculation data.
Amortized Vouchers
A new capability in accounts payable allows users to set up recurring amortized vouchers with simple interest. This is especially helpful in setting up tractor and trailer payments, automating what had previously been a manual process.
The listing command has been enhanced, so that it remains in sync with the source screen. This feature will help users save keystrokes and time.
Profitability Analysis POWERED BY McLEOD SOFTWARE
New views and elements have been added to the McLeod Profitability Analysis module in the Profitability Order Review and Order Lane Analysis that will shed more insight on split loads.
Market Insight
The Carrier-Broker Exchange has been renamed the McLeod Market Insight Module in this release, reflecting the true value this great new tool is bringing to hundreds of McLeod customers who have subscribed.
In addition to the rate data and live available loads in the system, a new capability has been added to allow users to upload a spreadsheet of lanes as O/D pairs to request market rate information. This will speed up contract negotiations and RFP/Bid response times. Rate values can be retrieved based on specific historical time frames and the type of rate, spot, internal spot, contract, and internal contract.

The office payroll system now supports the import of office payee time card records from an Excel spreadsheet, to save time and improve accuracy for companies using an office time card system. The

Driver SMS and Email Messaging

Version 15.1 adds a great new feature to facilitate fast and easy communication with drivers. The LoadMaster system can now send messages and information directly via SMS text or email to drivers. SMS messaging requires the use of a McLeod supported third party SMS gateway. Messages can be associated with a movement and can be filtered by driver, date, or the system user to facilitate finding message history. This new feature will be helpful for many customers in communicating concise and detailed information about load assignments to their drivers.
Driver Feasibility Enhancements
The very popular Driver Feasibility function has been enhanced to perform the calculations for team drivers. Users can also manually enter a driver’s remaining hours until breaks for those drivers who do not yet have an integrated EOBR to feed this data to the system automatically. A new dwell warning
