Dacres Commercial is expanding its Planning Department with the
appointment of
Richard Mowat and Teresa Brooks as Senior Planning Consultants. Richard joins from RPS where he
specialised in a range of industrial, commercial and energy related projects and Teresa previously worked at Savills in London on a number of large scale development projects including Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium. Both are based at the company’s Leeds city office. Mark Johnson, who heads Dacres Commercial’s Planning Department, explains, “Both Richard and Teresa bring a wealth of experience to us. Their appointments strengthen our planning department, which now has an eight strong team, and enable us to maintain our service levels as the recovery of the housing market continues.”
Innnes england appoInts neW dIrector Innes England has appointed high profile surveyor Peter McCrea as a Director at its Derby office.
Peter previously worked at a
variety of private and public sector organisations, with the most recent being Milner McCrea. Now he is returning to Innes England to head the professional services department. Peter will provide extensive
valuation advice to major banks as well as to private clients for development appraisals, accounts and taxation. He will also advise extensively on landlord and tenant matters and on business rates. Peter has practised in Derby for
over 20 years. He specialises in landlord and tenant, valuation and dispute resolution matters and is an RICS registered valuer. He regularly acts as an arbitrator, independent expert and an expert witness.
Peter said, “After seven
successful years at Milner McCrea, Innes England has presented me with a fantastic opportunity to return to the firm and lead the Derby professional services team. “I have developed excellent
contacts over my many years in the industry and I feel that this will be very beneficial to the team.” Gary Woodward, director at

Charlie Warner, an experienced
country house agent with particular expertise in Surrey, Sussex and Kent. Charlie joins PPS from Savills
PLC’s Country Department in London. Having read Classics at King’s College, London, he worked with an architectural charitable trust and as a financial researcher before joining Savills in 2007. “We are delighted to welcome Charlie,” says Ian Hepburn, Head of PPS. “He brings considerable skill sets and will enable us to further establish ourselves as one of the leading buying agencies in the South of England.”
