The Devon branch of the NAEA has elected Richard Copus as its Chairman. Richard says,
“Last year was marked by the highly successful mini-conference held at Escot House just outside Exeter. This was the second year that the event has been held with some excellent speakers it was well attended by both NAEA and ARLA members”.
Richard, who is also an NAEA Divisional Council member, said that regional reorganisation would reduce the paperwork that Devon had to deal with and give committee members more time to organise productive meetings. commercial property expert, will be joining the company as Head of Commercial and Investments. Lance has worked in the commercial property sector in London for over seven years, previously with Calder Russell Conway and Stirling Ackroyd. He specialises in acquisitions and the disposal of leasehold and freehold properties and has extensive
knowledge of development sites in the West End. Lance says, “I am delighted to be joining LDG and I am keen to expand its commercial arm. With a degree in sociology from the University of Nottingham and an MA (distinction) in property and building surveying, Laura is looking forward to expanding her knowledge in the field.
