Tips To Boost Your Immunity Against Infection

C

oncerned about the Ebola virus, the upcoming flu season, or boosting your overall immunity to infection? Take these steps to strengthen your body’s natural defenses on a daily basis: Start with a healthy diet that minimizes sugar and all simple carbs and includes at least eight 8-ounce glasses of high-pH spring or filtered water. Also keep in mind that alcohol, dairy, gluten, and highly processed foods, suppress the immune sys- tem. Adequate amounts of sleep (6-8 hours), avoiding excess EMF (computer) exposure, and stress-reducing activities (e.g., yoga, cardio exercise, and/or meditation), also bolster the im- mune system.

Consider adding these dietary supplements to your daily

regimen or, at the very least, as soon as a viral or bacterial infec- tion is threatening your wellness: Echinacea & Goldenseal • Colloidal Silver • Thymus Glandular Astragalus • Oregano Oil • Elderberry (Sambucus) • Probiotics

Remember that supplement quality and dosage are critical to success.

In short, thermography is a way to monitor breast health,

not just a way to detect disease. Mammography can show you if you have a cancer or not, but other than that it has little purpose. Thermography offers a woman the chance to become aware of worrisome physiological changes before there is a diagnosable cancer.” To discuss this further or to book an appointment at a medi-

ing to Suzanne, it’s the wrong question to ask because it’s like comparing apples to oranges – the two technologies are totally different. Mammograms show structure and use radiation and compression. Thermograms are totally safe and measure tem- perature changes in the skin associated with underlying pathol- ogy. Though Mammogram can detect cancer as small as a few millimeters, Thermograms can detect cancer while it is still at a cellular level – before it becomes visible on a mammogram. body. Some examples of autoimmune conditions are as follows: Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis, Scleroderma, Alopecia, Vasculitis, Psoriasis, Sjorgen’s Syndrome, Raynaud’s Disease, Crohn’s Disease, and Ulcerative Colitis among others. The incidence of autoimmunity is 20 times what it was 30 years ago, and is virtually of epidemic proportions. Why should that be? To understand the reasons, it is important to understand the etiology (cause and origin) of immune dysfunction. The immune system is heavily influenced and regulated by adrenal gland hormones that are secreted as a means to resist stress. If stress is chronic and prolonged the adrenals become fatigued and can no longer manufacture adequate anti-stress hormones. Consequent to this occurrence the immune system’s balance is disrupted and excessive antibodies are produced. In a milder situation, allergies might become evident; however, in more extreme cases the antibodies can attack one’s own tissue causing any one of the aforementioned conditions. The conventional, allopathic medical system would treat only the symptoms of these conditions with immune suppres- sant drugs or cortisone derivatives. In contrast, a holistic method would attempt to correct the root causes of the disease by reduc- ing the effects of stress, thus fortifying the adrenals, rebalancing the immune system and employing natural products to relieve symptoms. It is our opinion that the latter approach is superior as it can actually reverse the autoimmune condition. Rays Thermograms, states “Thermography has other unique abili- ties as well. It can indicate estrogen dominance, an imbalance in estrogen levels associated with higher breast cancer risk. It can detect lymph congestion, also a precursor to disease. The effects of diet can also be clearly seen. Women on a typical Western diet who switch to a healthier plant-based diet, show remarkable improvement in their thermal patterns.
