Te innovative Plaza Premium Lounge has been thoughtfully designed to enhance the airport experience for travellers – re- gardless of their choice of airline or class of travel. Te lounge, designed by leading


Hong Kong designer Kinney Chan of Kinney Chan & Associates, is divided into several zones to provide travellers with multiple experiences and choices. Beyond the luxurious reception area, visitors enter the lounge and are greet- ed by a variety of seating configura- tions and a sleek, sophisticated design. Guests can choose to take a seat at

one of the comfortable sofa chairs, or slide up to the bar to watch the latest sports event on TV. While the neutral palette conveys warmth, the designer has taken full advantage of the full- length glass windows that surround most of the lounge area, inviting an abundance of natural light into the space. Troughout the lounge and at the


fully-equipped computer worksta- tions, executives can stay connected with the lounge’s complimentary Wi- Fi, charge up their devices in one of the many power sockets or complete a transaction at the private worksta- tions. Plaza Premium Lounge also intro- duces a new dining concept within the lounge. Catering to discerning diners with an appetite for variety, the lounge


provides a range of food and beverage options, including a salad bar and buf- fet area serving a range of healthy food dishes. A regularly updated menu en- sures returning guests will be treated to a variety of fare. Tis is the brand’s twelfth lounge opening in Canada. Headquartered in Hong Kong, Plaza Premium Lounge Management Limited now operates more than 110 locations in 29 in- ternational airports including Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Macau, Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinaba- lu, Kuching, Penang, Langkawi, Johor, Singapore, Sydney, New Delhi, Mum- bai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Malé, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Riyadh, Jeddah, Dam- mam, Madinah, London (Heathrow), Toronto, Vancouver and Edmonton. Lounge passes start at $40.
