04JUNE Delia Derbyshire Day Tour 2014 Norwich Arts Centre

Live Chat Now Available Te ROSE Project

Te ‘ROSE’ in ROSE Project stands for Reaching Out on Sexual Abuse, but it’s understandable that for victims, reaching out can be one of the biggest hurdles to overcome. Te great news from the campaign though is that they’ve recently added ways to get in touch. Tey have announced a live chat facility, which is completely free and also a free helpline. If you, or anyone you know is experiencing sexual abuse, however small, or personal you may feel the situation is, you can get in touch with the group. Tey offer support for situations that happen offline, in ‘real life’, or even those that happen online, and will offer advice to any young person who gets in touch. Go to www.rosecampaign.org to find out more.

Catherine Feeny Norwich Arts Centre

Completely owned, adopted and celebrated musician, Catherine Feeny makes her way back to the county she once counted as home, as she takes in the NAC on the 16th. Her recent work with Chris Johnedis, who shares the tour with her, will take her already-enraptured audience to new levels of appreciation, as they share the result of their playfulness and experimentation. Even without the Norfolk connection, the now- Portland dwelling Catherine Feeny is one songwriter who just has to be seen. For tickets, go to www.norwichartscentre.co.uk.

Following an imaginative and provocative stint as the Norfolk and Norwich Festival’s late night art mecca, Live Art Club continues at NAC, and this month sees Delia Derbyshire deservedly receiving some attention. Te Day Tour honours the work of such an

under-celebrated electronic music heroine, who was responsible for the household- recognised iconic original Dr Who theme.

Summer Body – Inside and Out Finnies Juice Bar

All the focus, at this time of year, is about getting your body bikini ready. If you’re anything like us, you’re about as bikini ready as a man being cut out of his house, who hasn’t seen his genitals in 13 years. Or maybe you just feel it. If that’s the case, then turn your attention to something you can do for the good of your body inside, as well as out. Açai berries are one of nature’s superfoods; the web is teeming with odes to their benefits – teeming with more than double the antioxidants of blueberries, for example, they can improve immune systems, heart health, digestion, energy production and more. And exotic as they sound, they’re being served by the smoothie-load at Norwich’s own Finnies Juice Bar on Lower Goat Lane.
