Vincent Penna (G) was appointed chief probation officer of the Franklin/Hampshire Juvenile Court on June 17, 2013. He is employed by the Massachusetts Trial Court and began his career as a probation officer in 1986.

Lieutenant Commander Christopher Cousino returned from a year-long deployment in Afghanistan where he served as a contracting officer. He worked for the U.S. Central Command Joint Theater Support Contracting Command. He also worked in Kabul as deputy commander and as flight chief for the General Support Contracting Center, which supports all of the contracting efforts in theater for coalition and Afghan forces. At the time his note was sent, he was looking forward to spending some vacation and quality time with family before reporting to the Defense Logistics Agency Headquarters in Fort Belvoir, Va.
