ASNODLANDScout has been se- lected to represent the Malling dis- trict at theWorld Scout Jamboree in Japan in 2015. Chloe Biddiss (13), of Malling


Road, is a senior patrol leaderwith the 1st Snodland Scout Group. She said: “About 30,000 people


from all round the world attend this event. Iwas really excited and de- cided to apply.” Chloe was invited to attend a se- lection camp where she im- pressed with her rafting, kayaking and power boating skills. She scored enough points to get through to the interviews section. Chloe said: “You could never imagine my shock when I heard I had got through to the final selec- tion process.”


Cancer charity help
