Carer Support Service
A carer provides significant support for a family member, partner or friend who has a longer term disability, illness or is frail aged. Caring can be rewarding, but stressful, and tiring.
The Carer Support Service conducts a range of courses (including cooking classes for men) that provide practical skills. Courses are held in local areas within the Northern Sydney Region, and are free to carers.
