Community Pub of the Year
The Mishnish Tobermory Isle of Mull
The Mishnish is a standout business in more ways than one, with its yellow façade playing a major part in the picture-postcard Tobermory Bay. The hotel bar has been re-zoned to provide distinct areas and it supports events like the Mull festival, the local Mod, the Highland Games and more. The bar provides facilities for the local amateur dramatic society and sponsors and supports a range of local sports clubs as well as backing local and national charities.
The Old Smiddy Glasgow
Glasgow
south-side pub the Old Smiddy combines hugely impressive fundraising efforts with a sense of fun. Combine events such as ‘Old Smiddy’s Got Talent’ and one of the most exotic Halloween nights anywhere with great food and extensive sports service, and you have a very lively city pub. And it’s one that raises exceptional amounts for local and national good causes.

Platform 3 Linlithgow
Platform 3 is a small bar with a big heart. It provides a full sports service, great ale and more. But its key aspect is its community involvement – in everything from the Children’s Gala Day to the annual Duck Race to specific events for local causes. It sponsors a range of local clubs, events and activities and has raised almost £40,000 in the last six years.
