The outside area at Teuchters Landing is quirky and fi ts perfectly with its location at Leith docks. In fact, the docks have been key to the design of the space, which features its own fl oating pontoon. The judges also loved the idea of the venue’s ‘mug menu’ where all the food on offer outside is served in mugs without the need for cutlery and crockery.
