Cocktail Bar of the Year
The Balmoral Bar Edinburgh
Despite its location in one of Edinburgh’s most exclusive hotels, The Balmoral Bar has gone to great efforts to make its proposition approachable to customers. Drawing inspiration from Michelin Star restaurants, the bar now offers a Cocktail Tasting Menu that provides customers with four cocktail ‘courses’, each containing seasonal ingredients. The seasonal theme continues on the main cocktail list, which offers original creations as well as fresh twists on classic cocktails.
The Finnieston Glasgow
