OFFSHORE LOGISTICS WORKING TOGETHER
Andy Lovell commented: “Houlder contracted IMH to provide a full turnkey solution to the hydraulic installation for the gripper arm equipment we recently installed onto the MPI Discovery vessel. We worked closely with IMH during the two phases of the project, to ensure that the hydraulic system was installed to a strict specification, in a challenging environment. IMH were both flexible and responsive to changing requirements and contributed significantly to the overall success of the project.”
IMH have recently appointed a new Managing Director, Nathanael Allison, to expand the company’s presence in the marine and energy market. Nathanael said: “The experience and adaptability of our engineers in working together with Houlder was a key contributor to the success of this project. These skills are crucial in the dynamically changing renewable energy market, where flexibility in engineering approach is invaluable. Our ability to recognise what a project really needs during the delivery phase and to be able to modify an approach quickly helps our customers in delivering to schedule and mitigating project risk.”
