BUSINESS PEOPLE ACROSS SUFFOLK AND BEYOND ARE BEING ASKED WHAT MAKES THE COUNTY A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS AND WHAT THEY NEED TO SUCCEED
A short e-survey is being widely distributed to Suffolk-based businesses of all sizes via email and social media to find out more about the county’s need to promote growth and create jobs. (You can access this within Suffolk CC’s micro-page QR Code at the end of this article)
INWARD INVESTMENT SERVICE (IIS) The research is being carried out by Suffolk’s IIS, which earlier this year launched a new website alongside a Suffolk prospectus and other marketing tools to promote opportunities for businesses choosing to invest in Suffolk.
The Invest in Suffolk website highlights why investing in Suffolk is ‘the bright choice’ for businesses. It has useful information about the county’s key growth sectors, a property search service to find the best locations and incentives for re-locating.
The website also introduces local business leaders explaining why Suffolk is a good place to do business and enjoy a high quality of life. It has already brought enquiries about investing in Suffolk from businesses in the UK and worldwide, including China, USA and the Middle East.
