We use an external professional company for referencing all tenants prior to move in, thereby ensuring a quality tenant is found. We can offer rent guarantee and inventories. Crown only use local approved contractors for property maintenance. Caroline Facey is Crown Estate & Lettings
administrator. She comes with a wealth of local knowledge and contributes daily to the success of our business. Charles Heaven is the proprietor of the business and assists in accompanying viewings and the general day to day management to ensure the smooth running of the office, thus ensuring client satisfaction.
