W

elcome to autumn. The season of beautiful autumnal russet reds,

fl ame tinged oranges and earthy brown shades weaving their way through the trees. Often sunny days that make you feel positive and fresh, brisk breezes, create a crispness to the air which just lifts you, and makes you feel glad to be alive.

Maybe autumn has completely

the opposite effect on you. Rainy drizzly days and early dark evenings which get longer as each autumn day passes. Where did the sunshine go?

Some of us appear to only focus

on the negative aspects of this season, which can in turn create a lack of motivation and enhance an already low self esteem. These can be days when you

feel that it is not just the weather which is feeling miserable and down, maybe autumn brings with it a down turn in your own feelings and motivation. As if your get up and go, just got up and left. If this is how autumn arrives for you, be assured you are not

alone. Many people get the autumn / winter blues, but there is a way forward, a way to change your thought processes and to help you get your zing back, as well as helping you feel more motivated and better about both yourself and life in general. Clinical Hypnotherapy has

been used for decades to help lift client’s spirits and get them back on track. It can help you improve your motivation, self esteem and your confi dence. It’s often a quicker route to resolution of your low mood and negative feelings. For more information about Clinical Hypnotherapy and how it could help you call Gayle Vaatstra DipHyp. MHS.
