For outdoor enthusiasts, autumn truly is
the greatest time to be alive with our most coveted tradition about to get underway. With fall’s shorter days and cool
evenings, my thoughts always turn to hunting. I just can’t help myself. Over the next couple of weeks,

Bullwinkle boys will be heading north in pursuit of that lovable swamp donkey known as the Canada moose. Then, on the heels of moose season, sportsmen will be hitting the woods in pursuit of North America’s top game animal − the beloved white-tailed deer.
Sure, it may sound like a cliché, but
honestly, this is the ultimate season in the Great Outdoors. As leaves fall, in steep contrast to hunters’ adrenaline levels now on the rise, we will soon be at peace with nature. Before you know it, I’ll find myself
perched in my favourite tree-stand waiting for that big boy to arrive. Spending time with the guys at camp and planning out another year in the deer woods are times we should cherish for a lifetime. This is my 33rd consecutive year hunting deer with my Dad, Rathwell Morrison, a man celebrating
