Themed wedding menus THE Minnis Bar and Restaurant, which overlooks Minnis Bay in Birchington, has announced a dedicated weddings and events operation, with a selection of themed menus named after 11 of the famed bays and sandy beaches which fringe it. The restaurant’s sea front location is a popular location for beach weddings. The Minnis' new outside catering division will also travel to a couple's home or choice of venue – be it a village hall or grand stately home. The Minnis also offers a variety of menus named after Thanet's many famous bays. For seated served parties there is a choice of five new menus – Palm Bay, Minnis Bay, Viking Bay, Joss Bay and Westbrook Bay. The restaurant also has an al fresco dinning area.
