Eddie brought us comedy from a Congolese perspective. From his irritation at DJs reluctant to play Afrobeats back in the day, his annoyance at the habits of our dear African parents to his trip down memory lane appreciating real music as opposed to these young people and their grime music. Ah his tale about his Dad mistaking his younger brother dancing to grime as him having a fit was pure gold. I’m giggling just thinking about it. Of course

Next after Face Off, Harmony Productions brought the laugh out loud comedy of SNL’s Ariel Spears and with their next instalment being The Magnificent Seven on June 30 it looks like we’ve found our funny for the foreseeable future. Expecting our tickets in the post, HP?!? :-)
