also revealed the footprint, a common image, that was often used during the predecessor's time in office. By doing this the principal attempted to acknowledge his predecessor's image of the school – a footprint that was considered to portray his ideal for school.

The principal also adapted the tuck shop menu. Healthy foods, on a weekly menu, were served and tables and chairs were brought in so that even parents could enjoy food and beverages while waiting for their children (see photograph 4). The idea was to make it as enjoyable for parents while they wait, but also to ensure that quality food was provided.
