Coed Fit and Trim Jan Jacobus, certified instructor, offers a unique and fast-paced exercise program specifically designed to tone problem areas; stomach, waist, legs and arms while enhancing overall strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular conditioning. Participants have successfully lost weight and inches, in addition to improving overall fitness levels. Ropes and resistance bands are provided in class. A well-padded exercise mat is recommended.
