The Coniston Hotel & Restaurant – at the heart of the community
After having undergone extensive refurbishment and redevelopment, the Coniston Hotel is now open - and business is booming.
Originally built as a private residence in 1880, the building
was later extended and opened as a hotel in the 1940’s. Recent refurbishment has seen the building transformed into to a stylish, modern hotel, with original features and quirky additions contributing to its personality. Now owned by West Register, the Coniston is being operated by Chardon Management and is branded as a BEST WESTERN PLUS. Coniston Kitchen, the restaurant within the hotel, is the
place to be with delicious Mediterranean cuisine served with a twist. Chef Robert Langley states “It’s easy to create dishes that everyone enjoys, but dishes that people will remember and talk about is what the Coniston Kitchen is becoming known for.
