Jazz in The Gardens, Doddington Place Gardens,
Sittingbourne Enjoy a mellow musical afternoon at Doddington with an acclaimed jazz quartet, some of whom boast a lineage from Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club. With two sets planned to take place at 1pm and 3.30pm, the musicians will entertain visitors as they enjoy seeing the gardens bursting with full summer blooms. Tickets are £5.50 per adult and £2 per child, with no additional charge for the jazz performances.

Festival, Rochester The Dickens Festival's unique combination of music, dance, drama, street theatre and colourful parades has made this event an annual favourite for all the family.

June 1 Wildlife Digital Photography for Beginners
Kent Wildlife Trust, Tyland Barn, Sandling Spend a day learning how to successfully capture wildlife and natural history. The day starts in the classroom, followed by a practical demonstration around the site. Bring your camera equipment, a packed lunch and suitable clothing for the weather.
June 9 Taste the Best of Produced in Kent,
Biddenden Vineyards An exciting opportunity to meet, taste and buy from the producers of a wide range of local products at this special charity event in aid of Kent Air Ambulance. With nearly 40 producers taking part, there will be food and drink to suit every taste. The vineyard will be open as usual, offering tastings of the award winning wines, ciders and juices, and also the chance to take a walk through the vineyards on a choice of routes. Admission is free, with donations being taken for Kent Air Ambulance.

The Dutch are Coming , Upnor Castle Relive the Dutch raid on Upnor Castle with re-enactments, activities and demonstrations.

Faversham Festival The festival is designed to celebrate the talent in the Faversham district and all those taking part will be local or have an association with the area. There will something for everyone to enjoy.

Flower Festival, The Friars, Aylesford West Kent Federation of WI's 95th Anniversary. Flower festival & exhibition in the North Barn and floral displays in the chapels and cloisters. Open Tuesday afternoon until 10pm and Wednesday until 4pm.
