the new vice president of glob- al bus marketing for Navistar, which includes oversight of the IC Bus brand. Joining Schum- acher is Kim Speciale, the new manager of marketing and communications for IC Bus.

Marisa Weisinger accepted the position of director of trans- portation for Humble (Texas) Independent School District. Maria Adams, transportation supervisor of Denver (Colo.) Public Schools, is the latest stu- dent transporter to complete the NAPT Special Needs Transporta- tion (SNT) training program. Markus Videnieks joined the American School Bus Council to coordinate the execution of council priorities and lead outreach efforts. Prior to this, he was a VP at a large government relations firm in Washington, D.C., focusing on transportation issues.
