Environmental Health
Our environmental health team has a free drop in consultancy, on or offsite offering a wide range of advice and guidance publications to assist businesses comply with national and international health legislation. The service is also required to inspect premises to assess compliance. Businesses are encouraged to consult with the service prior to major refurbishment and new operations as this can be cost beneficial in the long term.
The team will also respond to requests for advice and complaints made on public health matters. This may involve service of statutory notices for communal repairs to properties, noise, refuse, etc.
