For some of those same reasons, it’s also my favorite season for hair. Not only is it the time of year when all of that terrible (with a capital T, just for emphasis) humidity begins to subside, but clients come in requesting reflec- tions of what they have been seeing


he crisp air, the smell of wood burning in fireplac- es, and the beautiful col- ors as the leaves change


outside. Golden mocha brunettes, cinnamon auburns, and creamy latte blondes slowly begin to replace the faded and overly highlighted hair that’s made it by the skin of its cuticle through the end of another summer season. Call me a fool for the cooler months, but this is a constant for which I will always be grateful.


It seems this year we have a new addi- tion to the color scheme for 2012 and its name is Technicolor. Everywhere you look, there seem to be more and more celebrities and models in high
