Elite Attorney Mitzi Kincaid

Mitzi started her own law firm, Kincaid and Associates, PLLC in 2007 and served as General Counsel for VisionAIR, Inc. for more than seven years. Mitzi is a member of the NC Bar Association, New Hanover County Bar Association, SC Bar Association and the American Bar Association where she is a member of the business law section, intellectual property section, the will and probate section, and the GP/Solo section. Mitzi is also admit- ted to practice before the United States Tax Court. She works closely with many small and women business owners in the Charlotte metro area and has helped with or formed more than 200 new businesses in the Charlotte area. Mitzi helped start BellSouth’s cellular phone company (now AT&T) in 1996 as a regional financial analyst in Charlotte, NC. She moved to Raleigh in 1999 and worked for the NC State Treasurer as an auditor and then with Bell+Howell, an international company where she managed more than $300 million dollars in assets as a financial manager. Mitzi volun- teers with the Special Olympics, the Food Bank of NC and the American Heart Association. She is a member of the Cameron Executive Network at UNC- Wilmington where she mentors students interested in business and law. She currently is a member of the Board of Directors of the disAbility Resource Center in Wilmington, NC, the only center for independent living in Eastern North Carolina. Mitzi has extensive experience in both business and business law. She holds a BSBA in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a JD from the North Carolina Central School of Law.Jeremy and Chris.
