Following in the footsteps of the Inca civilisation, we trek along the famous mountain trail to Machu Picchu. We also explore the ancient capital of Cusco and visit the colourful Pisac Market. Stepping off the beaten track we experience traditional life with an overnight stay in a mountain village. Along the way there’s the opportunity for rafting and mountain biking in the Sacred Valley.

14 day tour itinerary
Day 1 Join tour Lima. Day 2/4 Cusco Fly to Cusco. Walking tour to discover this pretty colonial town. Visit Pisac market, probably the most famous indigenous market in Peru. Discover the Sacsayhuaman fortress dramatically located high above Cusco. Day 5 Mountain village We trek to Misminay, home to our Inca trail porters and spend the afternoon immersing ourselves in village life.
