Day 1 Join tour Cairo. Day 2 Pyramids Discover the Sphinx and the magnifi cent Great Pyramids of Giza. Visit the Egyptian Museum, home to Tutankhamun’s famous mask. Take an overnight sleeper train to Aswan. Day 3 St Simeon’s Monastery Ride camels across the desert to the Monastery. Visit a Nubian family for dinner and experience delicious local cuisine. Day 4 Abu Simbel Optional

visit to these rock cut temples. Set sail by felucca down the Nile past towering sand dunes. Day 5 Felucca sailing Continue sailing to reach the impressive temple of Kom Ombo. Day 6 Valley of the Kings Discover the Valley of the Kings and its tombs, including the most famous of them all, King Tutankhamun’s. Travel by calesh (a horse-drawn carriage) to Karnak. Take a guided tour of the vast temple.
Day 7 Red Sea Drive to Safaga on the coast. Days 8/9 Snorkelling Enjoy a boat trip to the coral reefs. Swim, snorkel and search for the marine life of the Red Sea. Relax on the beach or explore the local towns in your free time. Day 10 Tour ends Safaga.
