Inspiring the market
New for lavatory retrofit
MacCarthy Aviation will feature a concept lavatory retrofit module on its stand at Aircraft Interiors Expo 2012. Working in partnership with Corian, MacCarthy has produced a light weight and longer lasting Corian sink and steel work top for B737, B767, A330 and A340 lavatories. These ready to fly products are a perfect solution to older stained and scratched models, and with removable sink basins they have cheaper maintenance lifecycle costs than more commonly used products. “Exhibiting for the first time as MacCarthy

features have been designed around
advancements in passenger comfort and the flying experience: • Hand Gesture Control technology: provides an innovative method to control and navigate through the entertainment options with the simple wave of a hand. No reaching for a handset or leaning forward for touch screen operation. Just sit back, relax and wave your hand in front of the seat display

These unique features along with the product’s high definition capability and advanced processor technology has made the SVDU-G4 award winning.
Schneller to unveil new collection
Schneller will introduce its second annual collection of laminate and non-textile flooring designs at Aircraft Interiors Expo 2012.
The innovative new collection was inspired by the Evolution in Design Notion through the centuries: beginning with Arts & Crafts, to Form Follows Function, through Bauhaus to the most recent ideas combining aesthetics and sustainability. The Schneller design team has translated these concepts using the full range of its manufacturing processes, from multi process printing to new texture development, with the intent to show its customers and designers unique and inspiring laminate and flooring creations.
Aviation Holdings, we are delighted to have secured space at the event,” explains Mark Radford, Business Development Director. “The exhibition gives us the best possible platform to showcase our capabilities and build relationships with industry personnel under one roof.”
