Thank you to everyone who came out to our AGM. The main topic on the agenda was the proposed rule changes. There were some really great discussions. Many of your will be happy to know that short sleeved shirts will continue to be allowed. Some of the other changes include having a guest judge complete a rulebook test and submit a $25 fee, rail work in pattern classes is at the judge’s discretion, and off pattern will be a major fault, not a disqualification.

putting together Extravaganza for June 22-24 in Ancaster. We are approximately 1/3 of the way there in terms of sponsor- ship and are looking to exceed our goal so that we can offer even more to the exhibitors. If you would like to be an Extravaganza Sponsor, please contact one of the directors listed above. A heads up for the games riders…all of the speed classes will be run in the arena! A full list of classes and show schedule will be available at Can-Am.
One of our goals this year is to increase our membership. There are a lot of people that come out to show at our shows, but are not members. Are you one of those exhibitors? We’d love to know what would make you join. Having more youth exhibitors would be fantastic too. Years ago when I was a youth, there were a ton of us, but that has seemed to drop off.
