Nominations Deadline Wednesday, March 7, 2012 Canadian Horse Racing Hall of Fame


The deadline for nominations from the public for people or horses to be inducted into the Cana- dian Horse Racing Hall of Fame for 2012 is Wednesday, March 7, 2012.


All nominations for inductees from both the Thoroughbred and Standardbred industries will be considered by the Nomination Committees of the Canadian Horse Racing Hall of Fame Board of Directors.

Standardbred Showcase 2012 welcomes judge/clinician Robyn Cuffey


The Standardbred Showcase Horse Show Committee is pleased to announce that Robyn Cuffey of Buxton, Maine, will be judging our fifth annual horse show on August 5, 2012 at Grand River Raceway in Elora. In addi- tion, Ms. Cuffey will be teaching at a two-day clinic for Standard- breds on August 6 and 7 at Oxer Stables in Milton, Ontario.


Robyn Cuffey trains horses and their people in riding and driving at her Photo Finish Farm. She is the co-author of two books: Retraining the Harness Racehorse and The Essential Guide to Carriage Driving. Ms. Cuffey is a Past president of the National Standardbred Pleasure Horse Organization and founder and past president of the Stan-
