THE HIGH-ENERGY MAGAZINE FOR EVERYONE WHO RUNS, FREE FROM YOUR FAVOURITE RUNNING SHOP

As it’s Valentine’s Day this month some articles have been written with love in mind. We all run for different reasons: to improve fitness, lose weight, relieve stress, to compete, for health benefits, to exercise the dog, to be social or even because you are looking for romance. However, many of us run simply because we love it. Lucy says (P18) whether you are single or attached why not make running your Valentine this year? She’s written a lovely piece about why people fall

in love with running. If you are struggling to get the miles in, read her article and it might just remind you why you do it. Adrian gives his top tips on how to get your partner running (P26), but he does point out to be prepared that they might end up faster than you! And running really can save our relationships as Christine finds out (P22) when she talks to six runners who tell her just that. Whether you are in love or not I hope you love running and that it makes your life a little better.
