We aim to inspire and support a lifelong love of dance, helping veteran dancers and first-timers alike experience their bodies as expressive instruments and discover their own unique movement capabilities. Classes cover a breadth of styles, teaching technique while helping students trust their own instincts—instilling confidence and a sense of accomplishment. We focus on process rather than product; an optional semester- end showing allows dancers to share their growth and hard work with family and friends if they wish. Our program is enhanced by connections to the world- class artists who perform on the MainStage and share their dance styles and ideas with FlynnArts students in masterclass settings!

Kids’ Creative Capers in Dance & Drama Tots develop expressive and social skills in this playful class, as they bring classic picture books to life through creative drama and movement activities. This is a fun, supportive, and lively introduction to theater and dance.
